Pale blue Vauxhall Insignia, driven by a young lady with two young children in the back. Spotted on M57 Northbound approaching Switch Island flying along at nearly 90mph after the speed limit dropped from 70 to 50 to 40- nearly rear-ended me before swerving into the next lane, undertaking (I was in lane for M58) and nearly rear-ending the next car in front of her. Then proceeded to weave through the traffic, swerving about all over the place, some of the worst tailgating I've ever witnessed, before flooring it on the M58 and vanishing out of my sight

This is a Bus Parking area and I'm pretty sure that you're not a bus... There's a car park a few hundred yards away, and a free short stay car park. Why not park there instead of blocking spaces for buses to park?? I didn't see a driver in the vehicle.

You forgot to mention the part when he put his hand up to apologise yet you kept beeping your horn for no reason? You also forgot to mention the part where you called him on no caller ID…for no reason. Again, you also forgot to mention that you reported his business on google which has now been taken down.
