Thanks an absolute bunch for blocking the pavement with your pile of crap 4x4 and trailer. How are people supposed to get past? Do you have special permission from the council, or the police to block the pavement and re-route pedestrians? No you don't.

Parked in the disabled bay outside my neighbours home. When I enquired on the duration of their stay was told "not long mate, do you want your windows cleaned?" when I replied with ok and no thankyou was told to f off. When I tried to photograph his car in the space he almost ran towards me shouting about social and not hobbling, lunatic, I thought was going to kill me. Rhondda area.
