Incompetent prick just rolled down the wrong side of the road watching a car turning onto our street, then pulled up alongside a parked car to block the whole road off and sit there.
Then when they finally decided to get out of the way they wound their window down and started shouting at the turning car. If anything it was the moron who parked on a junction who needs shouting at!
