What a whopper this guy was. 2 vehicles indicating to turn in to the builders yard in the image which has been taken from google maps.
Rather than wait, this guy nails it down the inside of them where the cars are shown parked in the left of this image with an aim to undertake the both of them and come out at the end.
He misjudged their positioning, pedestrians and the concrete wall at the end and was left stranded. Once they turned he rejoined the road and continued on his way.

The driver of the vehicle is either Parent / Carer of child/children going to St. John Fisher school in Harrow. Parent / Carer turns of their brain or simply does not care and parks dangerously across double yellow lines in North Harrow Kingsley and Melrose Roads. They are not only breaking the law but making the corner very tricky to negotiate.
