Once at the lights gets stuck behind other traffic and tailgates.

Overtakes immediately before a pedestrian island (island hidden in picture by van) over solid white lines, approaching a crossroad where there have been two fatal collisions in recent years.
Driver evidently failed to notice that the cyclist he overtook had a clearly visible camera.
Unmarked white van - self employed delivery driver with no consideration apart from getting as many drops in as possible?
Reported to local police force - action taken.
