I am quite sure this guy was rushing to watch Frozen 2 with his family, but his would have been in trouble had I not applied emergency brake when travelling at 45mph on M6.

Can not drive! Blocked a highway trying to push into right turn then drove partially through a red light then stopped. Seen to be driving around the Heathrow Airport tunnel road as many do to avoid fines for stopping when waiting on a passenger pick up! All adds to the air pollution Heathrow!

Dangerous driver who can not obey Highway Code or any driving rules. Seen to overtake bus and two cars to drive on wrong side of highway with no indication just to skip ahead to a right turn.
