The driver of this van intimidated and frightened my son and wife in their Audi TT. Driving through our village slowly over speed bumps he insisted on almost touching the rear bumper. Then chose to over take them brake hard to a halt preventing them from going around him and got out of his van walked towards them and threatened them.
