Decided to park blocking the pavement just so they didn't have to walk too far to get to the pub. Wheelchairs and pushchairs had to cross a busy road to use the other pavement. Selfish idiot.

A driver you can't quite put your finger on why they are so annoying
Speed up / slow down constantly - All over lane,
Go as if they are going to turn left then go right
No awareness of whats around them
Stop miles from traffic and then slowly have to crawl / stop / crawl / stop to get to the be back of the que
Type of person makes you have yo drive dangerously
