This idiot wasn't watching the road, bumbling along 3 feet from the kerb vering towards me and running into my car mirror as I had nowhere else to go. Broke the mirror case, they didn't stop, but caught on dashcam. I'll be chasing your insurers pal.

Does anyone know who this scumbag is or know the car. Video is of him breaking into one of our vans and nicking all the tools on Friday 14th at GLL Gym Bradford
Despite this video filmed by witness West Yorkshire Police have not even started to investigate this yet.

Driving at 40mph in the outside lane of the Bellshill bypass/EK expressway. No idea how a road works - indicating left to go into inside lane but staying where they were then braking erratically when there was nothing in front of them.
