This is a driver who regularly drives under the influence of alcohol to the point where he can hardly walk in a straight line when he gets out of the car.
I have also witnessed him hitting a parked car and then driving off, I gave his registration to the owner of the car he hit and apparently he said to his insurance that the other car hit him!
Definitely an alcoholic!!!

This idiot wasn't watching the road, bumbling along 3 feet from the kerb vering towards me and running into my car mirror as I had nowhere else to go. Broke the mirror case, they didn't stop, but caught on dashcam. I'll be chasing your insurers pal.

Despite this video filmed by witness West Yorkshire Police have not even started to investigate this yet.
