I was with my wife enjoying my day, out of nowhere this teenager pulls up, I looked at him and I accidentally revved the engine, out of nowhere he cuts me off at the roundabout and proceeds to speed around the traffic onto the bus lane while a police van was behind him

Inconsiderate parking. Taking up 2 spaces to avoid scratching their car.
