I was with my wife enjoying my day, out of nowhere this teenager pulls up, I looked at him and I accidentally revved the engine, out of nowhere he cuts me off at the roundabout and proceeds to speed around the traffic onto the bus lane while a police van was behind him

Silly cow in an Audi (surprise). Parked partially on the pavement. Pulls away whilst I overtake a parked car on my side (with a person also on the road washing his car) and gives me the finger despite me having right of way since I am not parked and am driving along the road. Didn't indicate to pull off either. Why didn't you just wait 5 seconds until I passed you? Thick cunt.
