The driver of this heavy tipper drives on the M42 in heavy traffic at 60 mph and 2m behind cars for long stretches. He is an accident waiting to happen

This idiot overtook me today in a residential area which is signposted 20mph near a school. He must have been going in excess of 50mph and should be stripped of his license!
