DY54LCP. This guy on the M61 pulled out from lane 2 to lane 3 without looking, forcing following van to emergency break to avoid collision due to speed difference. Then carries on trying to ram side of van once he had moved back into lane 2. Tried pretending he was a police officer flashing his wallet and pointing to his large aerial on his car roof! Walter Mitty and a danger to the public.

Absolutely shocking driving, no orientation at roundbounds, seemed to be very dangerous driver, due to driving difficulties possibly under alcohol

This driver was driving so badly whilst on his mobile phone for around six miles. He has a small child in the car and when it finished it's drink the litter was thrown out of the window.
Utter scum and he has no thought for other road users. I couldn't care less if he wants to kill himself but why risk others?

Decided to pull off 1 exit early, at the last possible second and damn near slammed into me. Incompetent.
