White van, driving extremely dangerously on A449 approaching Celtic Manor tonight at 22.30. For approx 5 miles van drove from one lane to the other, preventing any car from overtaking him. Thought he had suffered blow-out at first, but went on for too long and was deliberately blocking road.

BLACK, 2006 NISSAN NAVARA DCI AVENTURA PICK-UP
Time: 16:48 - 09/05/2015
1) Driver was looking right and left and did notice me. I was approaching in primary due to parked cars to the left.
2) I'm approaching again in primary with multiple vehicle behind me. I was doing about 14mph average.
3) The driver was about to go when he noticed me, then stopped blocking the oncoming lane.
4) The driver went and pulled along side me so I braked hard as you can see from the image distortion.
5) The driver passed as if nothing had happened.
6) Male driver went on with his day.

this guy is a prick!!! most proberly shags his mum the weirdo!!!!
makes wife park in disabled bay whie he finds a parking space to stand in so he can have it!!!
the guy was highly agressive and rude even though there was a child in my car and this is not the way a parent should act around his own children or other children around him
his wife then parked in the middle of 2 car parking spaces for one car they should learn how to share and to not be so selfish when it comes to public parking spaces and not be so rude to people when they are around their children
