This D1ck is driving like it's a nice sunny day despite the roads being icy, he comes flying past me and has to brake hard, luckily there was no ice or he would have been in a crash.

Very aggressive, not filtering in turn but forcing herself ahead, then tail gating. All this in the dark and -1° slippery conditions. She overtook the person ahead, who she had been tail gating, then raced off into the night.
