The driver was speeding through Frankwell car park in Shrewsbury, almost hit a car as he was driving aggressively and trying to park.
He was shouting his head off at the girl in the passenger seat and she was very upset, he also started shouting out of the window at a random passerby that hadn’t even said anything, he said that he was going to kick the shit out of him, again for no reason!
He gets out of his car, slams the door and pushes the girl towards one of the exits of the car park that leads into a park and as soon as he was away from the cameras in the car park he slapped the girl.
They disappeared behind a big hedge so I took his reg and called 999 as the young woman seemed to be in massive danger!

Incredibly bad reversing skills. Literally only had to keep the wheel straight to clear the parked car but scraped it instead. Then drove off without leaving details.
