Seen in Basingstoke 30/08/20 ~3:45pm, taking a sharp corner too fast, which meant they swung wide. Upon passing, they were observed talking on a mobile phone that was being held up against their ear.

Driver should look before and during lane changes. (not 100% this drivers fault, the camera driver should NOT change lanes into someones blind spot).

Old man very angry at my girlfriend for going 30 in a 30. Tailgated us so we slowed down. He overtook us then suddenly stopped. Because we were “Too slow” according to the man. Also decided to come rip my jacket through the car window. He did look very confused Maybe he’s going through some trauma who knows.
