Amber means stop. However if you are the driver of this car you clearly don't have to even though the car to the right was travelling faster but managed to stop safely.
i saw the driver reverse into a parked car, the owner of the other car told them, as he was trying to pictures of EK14JJO as proof. they just drove off using the car to push them aside and run over there foot. police was called reporting the driver EK14JJO hit and left the scene.
Idiot! Overtook long queue of traffic on A636 out of Wakefield. Pushed in in front of another driver who had to brake hard to avoid an accident... Continued to overtake again and push in again! Obviously in a rush to be an organ donor!!
