I recently got a speeding penalty in the post stating that i was caught doing 38mph in a 30mph zone so i asked for proof to be sent to me so that i could argue my case against this so called alleged crime made
A few days later all i got in the post was a small snapshot as well as the time and place where this so called speeding offence had took place
I was told on the phone that "yes sir it can be seen quite clearly by our mobile van that you were doing over 30mph"
Nonsense i replied as i always keep to the speed limit as i also informed them that i also have an audio device fitted to my car that warns me if i go over the limit by at least 2mph over that speed limit
I told them that i would see them in court as i refused to accept the fixed penalty as well as the imposed fine
I got a rude reply telling me that if i did the crime then pay for that crime and i was also warned that i would have to pay court costs and i said "aren't i innocent until proving guilty" his reply was "sorry sir in this case you are clearly guilty"
So i went to court and produced the uploaded video to the courts "dates and details of that recording are hidden all except the speed on the dashcam"
The judge apologised to me and told me that he was very sorry that i was being bullied into admitting something that i hadn't done as the video proved the mobile speed van wrong as well as the person on the phone
I was awarded £200 compensation so i donated it to the NSPCC
Now you know the importance of having a dashcam fitted
2006 Ford Focus 1.6 LX
Yep, folks, you did read that right. This is a very very VERY late mk1 Focus, registered in March of 2006, hence making it a ‘06’ registration (it’s EX06 TCZ). This must be one of the very last ones registered, there are a number of 05s about and plenty from 52 to 54, but I’ve never seen one as late as this (the MK2 Focus was released on 54). This has to be my most unusual find of the year, and certainly In contention for my best find of the year even though some people may only think of it as an old Focus.
Extremely aggressive driver. Tailgaiting through a village as he didnt want to do the 20mph speed limit, as soon as i exited the village onto a narrow country road and started coming up to the new speed limit, he began revving and overtook me nearly pushing me off the road, then cut me up so i had to brake. This road is known for having cyclists on and he then went to overtake a van on a blind bend/hill. This dangerous driver shouldnt be on the road.

Corner of Beach Street and Marine Road East, Bare, Morecambe
Parked vehicle, not just on the corner along Marine Road East but sticking out into Beach Street. You couldn’t turn left out of Beach Street onto Marine Road East without weaving around like a question mark as you have to turn slightly right to pass.
This I the worse person I ever seen after he did a hit and run and I feel sorry for his mother for failing to bring him up
