Was messing about in their car on the side of the road for half an hour blasting their deep bass music. Parking and un parking theie car while their mates watched and laughed. While looking for the source of the sound I noticed several other people in their flats looking down at the noise, bothered by it.
Why do people think it's acceptable to shake our walls with their crappy music at a late hour?
