Pulled in front of from outside lane on A48 in Pyle with no pressure from behind. Seemed to slow and accelerate hard causing black smoke to emit from exhaust in my path. All captured on video and uploaded to South Wales Police. Operation #snap. Can't upload the file here due to police regulation.

See him frequently in Bournemouth, always texting while driving. This morning he was weaving erratically round a busy roundabout staring at his phone. Even does it when there's his kid in the passenger seat.
