Driver tried to park in a car park, hit a car, couldn’t figure out how to put it into reverse so then further drove into the car again. He was asked if he wanted any help, to which the gentleman trying to help him was told to mind his own business. He then drove off without leaving any details whatsoever and explained that they do it all the time.

Often parks on a corner across the pavement. Impossible to get past with a buggy. Makes it difficult to get up the road - bin men for example or delivery drivers. Also can be dangerous as cars cannot always see each other due to the idiotic parking

He drove on the wrong side of the road towards oncoming traffic A few near misses may i add
I've reported this driver to police
Hopefully they will give him points but most of all a fine as some people hate parting with cash
