Whilst I had already managed to make it through this single lane road before his car was close enough for it to effect his journey, he proceeds to block the road and get aggressive even thou clearly I had plenty of time to have past him without effecting his journey

Typical Insignia driver parked facing the wrong way just decides “oh there’s a car coming down the road so I’ll just pull out in front of it anyway and force him to slam on and try and squeeze through a non existent gap between him and a bus” and then she gives a sarcastic smile and thumbs up.
