Car park 1 at John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford is very under capacity and it is basically 1 in 1 out. There are cars queueing on the road to the car park barrier from both sides. Almost everyone operates the principle that you let one car in from the side that does not have priority through but not this person who, when challenged, found it necessary to mention right of way applies the way it normal does. What a selfish joker!
