I've posted this one more for the fact that the vehicle has no tax or MOT than for the driving.
This is a very confusing roundabout to be fair. The markings would indicate that you can go straight over from lane one. However, the markings that lead you on to the roundabout guide lane one off to exit one. This is a common mistake drivers make on this section of road.

Smashed into our car in Romford Brewery car park whilst we was in cinema!! Came out and note on car telling us Reg number and how they drove off without a care in the world! Disgusting
