Doesn't look to the right coming out of a roundabout, pulls straight out still not looking and the passenger sits sticking the finger up as they drive away.

Parked yesterday at my local Waitrose supermarket. Plenty of spaces but this one has to park blocking the emergency and fire brigade access route. If their eyesight is not good enough to read "KEEP CLEAR", should they be driving at all?
