The driver of this car was going slow along the A87 towards Shiel Bridge. I was driving a Scottish Citylink bus on route to Portree in the isle of skye. I was travelling faster than him so I caught up to him. I indicated to overtake but every time I tried to pass him, he pulled out in front of me. Sometimes braking hard to try cause a collision. This went on for 13 miles, all the way to Shiel Bridge My passengers were complaining about him and one man rang the police to report him. This man's driving was dangerous and childish. I would like to know why he wouldn't let me past? At one point he was doing about 15 mph. He needs banning!

Speeds up on inside lane of dual carriageway to undertake and pull in to outside lane - slamming brakes on and causing everyone else to slam their brakes on too. Driving on people’s tails. So dangerous - risking other people’s lives to get not much further ahead in traffic...pathetic.
