Thanks to cameras (from all road users), people like this 'driver' are finding it harder to conceal their antics behind the wheel. I hope this person was reported and send on an awareness or, failing that, banned - the roads would no doubt be safer for it.

This is another reason why people are encouraged to ride primary.. imagine what would have happened if the cyclist had yielded to the driver's intimidatory tactics and cycled close to the curb. Don't want to share the road with other road users, including cyclists? The solution is simple: get OFF out roads.
