Driver of a Hyundai i30 decided to race along a 40mph road two lane road through Stopsley Village in Luton. Despite the road being completely empty ahead the driver decided to without indicating cut very close in front of my car and then weave between the lanes without indicating. When held up by a red light decided to race himself and continued this behaviour. March 2019
