THIS WOMAN PARKED ON DOUBLE YELLOW LINES MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR BUSES TO GET PAST HER CAR. WHEN SHE DID COME OUT TO MOVE IT SHE WAS ABUSIVE TO BOTH THE BUS DRIVER AND MY SISTER WHO ALERTED HER TO THE FACT HER CAR WAS IN THE WAY.

Grey Mondeo of the type that the scrapage scheme was designed for. This car is driven by a very angry driver on the M4 on 17th March 2016.
Driving very close behind me and other cars and then braking when in the outside lane, it looked like he was tring to cause and accident.
Both the car and the driver should be removed from the road!
