how does he have a licence? followed from brentwood to upminster area and stalled it at least twice and kept speeding up slowing down. sit an age at roundabouts just watching traffic mental

To the Driver of Transit Connect van:-
I suggest you have a look at the drivers handbook. That will tell you what those two lights illuminated on your dashboard mean.
Turn your foglights OFF and put your headlights on DIP beam not MAIN.
That way you will not be blinding every poor sod on the road in front of you.
and whilst you are in reading mode (if you can that is) try the highway code. The section regarding stopping distances....

Watch for this one, speeding well over the speed limit (20mph+) and overtakes people on right turn junctions who are indicating right - really dangerous selfish driver. Watch for this one causing or in an accident

Parked on footpath, impossible to walk past it, also blocking view at corner for other drivers, totally inconsiderate driver.
