Apparently, he's in far more desperate need for a disabled parking spot than someone who might actually need to use this bay. Watched him circle the garage forecourt, in which there are 4 spaces to the side, 3 infront & one disabled space. Disgusting.

In McDonald's car park in chelmsley wood and this idiot who was driving with one leg (the other in a cast) reveresed in to a car then pulled forward and scraped my car whilst turning and then drove off!!!!
