One of the most arrogant drivers I have ever seen. Pushed out of a side road in front of us in queuing traffic, proceeded to almost knock a cyclist over, drove down a bus lane, cut down another side road in order to avoid 2 minutes of queueing traffic, and then pulled out in front of us AGAIN - this time through a red light, and would have hit us if we hadn't taken evasive action. Proceeded to smirk at us as if this was some kind of revenge for not letting him out the first time. I've never seen such a single celled amoeba allowed to drive a car. Society would benefit from him wrapping his car around a tree
