Driving all over the road. Speeding in a 20mph zone. Driver was on his phone with both hands. When a passer-by shouted "get off your phone" he became abusive, slammed breaks on in the middle of the road and threatened someone with physical violence. Sped off when I started filming. Checked reg and he is also untaxed.

The driver of this vehicle pulled up at traffic lights in Horley town centre and was in the dedicated right turn lane. When the lights changed, he/she barged through in front of me.
The driver of this vehicle pulled up at traffic lights in Horley town centre and was in the dedicated right turn lane. When the lights changed, he/she barged through in front of me.
Driver in a black Passat saloon drove me off the road when I was on my bike near St Albans station, then shouted abuse and threatened me. He had someone in the back who he dropped off but didnt have a minicab plate so preumably he's an Uber driver.
