Driving all over the road. Speeding in a 20mph zone. Driver was on his phone with both hands. When a passer-by shouted "get off your phone" he became abusive, slammed breaks on in the middle of the road and threatened someone with physical violence. Sped off when I started filming. Checked reg and he is also untaxed.

Driving in a bus lane and using it to overtake and dangerously pull in front of cars. Only got two cars ahead anyway by doing this but obviously thinks they are special and their time is more important. Too stupid to think they may cause an accident.
