Was getting frustrated that I was keeping to the 20 mph speed limit. Kept flashing me to go faster until they overtook me on a narrow residential road, which was very dangerous
The funniest part was they then got stuck in traffic in front of me, and I followed them for another 10 minutes

Doing 50+ in a 30 and puddle splashed my 1 year old daughter and myself. Ignorant driving of highest order. Potentially holding mobile too as could see illumination inside car. Scum.
