Aggressive driving. Sped onto a roundabout at the NNUH, Norwich and almost rear-ended the car in front already on the roundabout and then tailgated that car all along Colman Road to the A11.

Overpowered LED or Xenon lights that have been incorrectly configured, appear to be in high beam when they are not, completely blinding even in the rear view mirror.
To add insult to injury, the driver of this vehicle will tailgate at any speed.
