Seen in Basingstoke 30/08/20 ~3:45pm, taking a sharp corner too fast, which meant they swung wide. Upon passing, they were observed talking on a mobile phone that was being held up against their ear.

Old man very angry at my girlfriend for going 30 in a 30. Tailgated us so we slowed down. He overtook us then suddenly stopped. Because we were “Too slow” according to the man. Also decided to come rip my jacket through the car window. He did look very confused Maybe he’s going through some trauma who knows.

Barged through me whilst running on a country lane nearly clipping my shoulder. Then proceeded to get angry when I asked him to slow down. Claimed the reason he past so close was that I was in the middle of the road (I wasn’t) and even if I was is that an excuse to pass so close to another person. Terrible driver.

This plate registered to a dark metallic blue Renault Scenic drove away after crashing into and writing-off a parked car in Broxbourne on Saturday September 5th between 11pm and midnight. The car would have sustained extensive damage to the front nearside.
