Seen in Basingstoke 30/08/20 ~3:45pm, taking a sharp corner too fast, which meant they swung wide. Upon passing, they were observed talking on a mobile phone that was being held up against their ear.

Old man very angry at my girlfriend for going 30 in a 30. Tailgated us so we slowed down. He overtook us then suddenly stopped. Because we were “Too slow” according to the man. Also decided to come rip my jacket through the car window. He did look very confused Maybe he’s going through some trauma who knows.

Barged through me whilst running on a country lane nearly clipping my shoulder. Then proceeded to get angry when I asked him to slow down. Claimed the reason he past so close was that I was in the middle of the road (I wasn’t) and even if I was is that an excuse to pass so close to another person. Terrible driver.

Man was stupid enough to overtake on a 20mph road with speed humps, his wife was sitting next to him looking very upset that she married a dumb reckless driver. Poor lady hope you don't end up in a car accident because of his bad driving.
