Man driving manner is dangerous as he is drunk or something. Inhaling from a balloon at the traffic lights outside the Treacle Mine restaurant at roundabout entrance in Grays area of Essex. He then cut across lanes and high speed down slip road onto A13 carriageway towards M25. Fooling around with his passengers. He is out of control.
