White van man being silly.
I overtook him and then he comes over into the right lane despite nothing being in the left lane. Once I've moved back over, he just stays neck and neck with me, not bothering to overtake and starts slowing down. There's a truck ahead going 50mph, this clown keeps me in the left lane and prevents me from overtaking the truck, meaning I had to slow down to 50 and wait ages before a space finally opened to overtake.
WTF was the reason?
