Muppet driver nearly hit me as he went through red lights in Chatham 05:45 this morning. Then slowed down and started threatening me; I have a camera in car so pretty dumb-ass to threaten someone and especially so when they have a witness!

utterly appallingly driver. Can not even begin to think of how this youth managed to pass his test. Driving far too quickly on the main road into Beverly. He had a young lady in the passenger seat which was clearly too distracting, it also looked like he was using some sort e-cig, which would not surprise me if it contained illegal substances due to the nature of the youth. Beware of this driver when in the area of Hull and East Riding. I do hope old Boris has plans to help crack down on reckless youths like this one.
