Was recently spotted driving without an MOT, which should have been done by March 2018, and since the vehicle was first registered in 2015, this should have been its first MOT, which is now OVERDUE as of 2 March 2018.
So not only does it not have an MOT, but it also hasn't had its first MOT yet!!!

I have never known someone to daudle and drive so slow. They are either not with it or on their phone whilst driving. It is an accident waiting to happen.
