Lane hogging cry baby who doesn't like being called out. If someone is clearly going faster than you, just let them pass by moving over. Don't obstruct them for 12 miles and speed up when they're on the inside. Poor quality driving. Childish driver.

Tailgating Weaving and speeding in a 40 zone off m62. Then hogging lane 3 the entire length of the m606 even though he was being the slip road for the Bradford ring Rd. Cut across at the last minute to bully and push in near the front of a 100yd queue of people patiently waiting on the slip road.
