Possible "crash for cash" attempt. Van driver brakes on roundabout for no apparent reason. Hopefully someone will find this report if he/she does it again and causes a collision, followed by an insurance claim.
This self-proclaimed police man nearly drove over my foot (after nearly reversing into another car). Then threatened to arrest me for advising him to "be more careful".
