Why modify the 13 on your plate to make it chavvy and try to form a letter B? It's not fab at all, it's plain stupid and will hopefully land you a fine if not fixed.

Stopped in traffic when this idiot not paying attention ends up on other side of road to avoid going into the back of me. Then him and hes boyfriend are giving me loads of abuse for hes mistake, nearly came to fisty cuffs, total idiot who should not be on the road

Got cut up by this professional driver tonight at barbican tube station.
I was in my cycle lane this silver VW sharan went past me and then cut me up into the cycle lane did not see my flashing lights as tinted glass was very dark.not a legal tint in my opinion.
Caught up with him at Chiswell St op finsbury square and no indication.
Driving was erratic all the way stop start

Driving down private roads and entering gated yards again all private property in hessle and all without permission. Police notified and they are aware of their activity and the number plate was already on there system. Most certainly be wary of these people 2 men in there 20s with a distinct marked staffy upfront.
