Back again with the pavement parking.
Left more space on the pavement this time, but still parking a few feet away from an intersection, and from the pull in to the garages.
Still no parking permit.
Elderly with walkers or parents with prams would still have to go into the road to get around this car.

This time, practically parked all the way onto the pavement, you cant physically walk down the side of the car!
