Encountered this asswipe and their poor driving.
Speeding up and slowing down, deciding was in wrong land and irrespective of other road users around him, is weaving side to side and then stopping sharply at the traffic backing up from the lights.
Then when a passing opportunity arrives, I try to pass but it didn't go to plan because ass hole pulls across and speeds up forcing me to take evasive action.
I first thought it was "My Bad" but on careful watching of the footage, note that he was being intentional.
The guy was moving in to lane 2 on a section of the road that opens up in to 4 lanes, one to over take, one to turn right that itself opens up in to two lane junction.
But no, this Ahole didn't want people passing. pulls across to lane 3, they sped up and I nearly had my front end rearranged.
