This vehicle came out of the Rylands estate and then sped up and tailgater me in icy snowy wet conditions. So close I couldn’t see his registration plate. Further down towards Lancaster where Morecambe Road becomes two lanes he overtook aggressively and as well as getting his registration details I was glad he had passed.
Is this the mentality of some residents from the Rylands estate?

Idiot in a Mazda starts having a go at me when he’s sticking out of a junction, forcing cars to stop.
There was a car to the side of me, and I couldn’t (and shouldn’t have to anyway) move over.
He beeps and throws his hands up, although he is in the wrong.
Clearly needs L plates again.

Would the owner of the blue Peugeot reg FD58SZT like any of there parts back from their crash and I am sure Hawk Green Residents Association would like to talk to you about replacing the community sign.
Looks like said vehicle came up Upper Hibbert Lane and forgot to turn their steering wheel.
