Driver pulled out of side lane without looking, narrowlingly missing me driving along on single lane main road (down to my quick reaction). Caused me to not just mount the curb but the entire pavement, an inch shy of a house boundary to avoid collision. Car didn't stop to check if I was okay, not even a sorry. Didn't even react with a brake and carried on as of she'd done nothing.

This driver has no regard for life. He drives at 70mph in a 30mph zone. He also abuses the law pertaining to the use of the horn, by sounding it in order to startle pedestrians

Driver drove on pavement outside of a school when children were leaving for the day. Couldn't wait it's turn in the queue to leave the school so opted to risk children's lives and drive on the pavement.
